We are seeking an experienced Property Valuer to join our team at our Accrington and Blackburn branches. Previous experience of property valuations is essential. You will need to be able to hit the ground running in this role in one of the busiest offices in our network.

The main focus of the Valuer role will be generating instructions by carrying out as many appraisals as possible as well as following up of appointments to win business.

There are plenty of opportunities to earn uncapped commission in this role.

You must have your own vehicle available for use and this must be insured for business use.

You must have a good knowledge of the Accrington / Blackburn area alongside relevant valuation experience.

You will need:

  • A passion for property & people
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant Valuer experience.
  • A warm friendly personality and a willingness to learn new skills
  • An enthusiastic & high energy approach to work
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good IT literacy

Basic Salary - From £26,000 plus bonus

OTE IRO £40,000 UNCAPPED

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00am to 5:30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch plus alternate Saturdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Which will include covering both Branches.

  • Valuing: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
