3 Months Free Property Management– Terms and Conditions
Ryder & Dutton Lettings (trading as Mortimers Lettings) are offering landlords the opportunity to benefit from 3 months of free property management when you bring a new property to us to manage on a Fully Managed basis.
There are several terms and conditions associated with this, which are as follows:
• The property must be instructed on a full management basis.
• The offer is available on multiple new properties being brought to us by the same landlord.
• The offer is being made on the basis that any new properties will pay our standard management fee, details of which are available within our terms and conditions and through our Lettings Team after the initial 3 months free.
• Any property that is brought to us must remain under our managed service for a minimum of 12 months.
• Should a landlord wish to withdraw from our managed service before that period for whatever reason, then the free period of management will be charged upon notice. This will not apply if the tenant gives notice to vacate within the first 12 months. If necessary, we will seek the return of this amount through retention of any rent paid to us by the tenant.
• The offer is available subject to a maximum of three months of free management for any new property being instructed to our managed service. This will not apply to relisted properties that we have marketed previously.
• We reserve the right not to provide this offer if we feel that the property is not suitable for the managed service we are looking to provide. If the property is in poor condition and does not meet the Fit For Homes Habitation Act 2018, we will be unable to provide this service.
If the Landlord wishes to benefit from our Rent In Time service, the cost of this will still be payable during the 3 months of free management period for 2.5% + VAT (3% (inc. VAT)
