Rent On Time, Every Time
We offer a rent on time service to our Rent Collection and Fully Managed Landlord clients, providing the ultimate peace of mind.
In uncertain times even the best Tenants can have a change in circumstances. This guarantee will pay your Tenant's rent in the event they can’t and also covers any legal expenses required to evict a Tenant who refuses to leave.
- Rent Guarantee protection of rental arrears on a
Nil excess basis
- Rent payable until vacant possession
- Legal costs to obtain possession of the property if the tenant fails to pay the rent
- Total claims limit of £50,000
- You pay the fee for this service on a monthly rolling basis but never pay whilst the property is vacant.
- Once vacant possession has been obtained following a claim you will receive 75% of the rent
for the shorter of 3 months, or until the property has a new tenant.

We have dedicated Property Managers to look after your property throughout each Tenancy.
Our Property Managers carry out regular visits to Tenanted properties to ensure they are in good keeping and there are no breaches to the Tenancy. After these visits, we will make suggestions for any necessary maintenance repairs. We use a list of approved contractors to provide quotes and complete the works quickly.Contact Us
